PRS (Police Response System) is a Plugin developed for the course GEO1005 Spatial Decision Support Systems (SDSS) for Planning and Crisis Management at Delft University of Technology. The plugin will be able to support decisions of police officers in catching terrorist attackers at the least possible cost.

Important Notes for the plugin test:

  • Police Response System data (shapefiles) is stored in a portable spatial database, thus you don't need to worry about the sample data folder and the Qgis Project file. Once the plugin is opened, you just need to push the button "Load Situation" and the QGIS project with all the layer from the database will be deployed.

  • Police Response System is using as background map "Open Streetmap" running directly from the plugin, so it works even if you don't have installed the OSM-plugin.
