There is e little type in the doc:
For the first option (recommended for few projects, e.g. >= 5) : means e.g. <= 5 ?
it's not so much clear of the format needed for "ena.list.txt" file?
Name of SRR files with a tab separator?

I also have : "FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory:" when passing a name after accfile argument?
