chemist guidebook needs to be edited to no longer reference the job

like rename it to Chemistry guidebook and trim the references to the job (like what was done with botany.) probably be blunt and honest about chemistry's current state in the game (that mixing chems isnt super fun but is an option) so people get the right idea
