replace food spawners

replace with snack spawner (should share an entity table with the snack vend) and a meal spawner.

there are a lot of upstream food spawners rn and their loot tables dont particularly make a lot of sense + they will get in the way of future food pruning. so this would be a good measure against that being annoying
