Indexes - alphabetical order

Partial lack of alphabetical order: we can get only one language in alphabetical order at a time, that is, the language of the xml ids in Alists; in addition, in Alist for which we choose numbers as IDs, the order of the entries is that of the numbers themselves (i.e. id=001 will be the first, id=002 the second, etc.).

Part of a bigger discussion re. a-lists and indices:

*do we want the alphabetical order to reflect the XML ids or the label?)

• Enhancement features such as: adding a column in the printed index with clickable link to external resource (@IreneVagionakis)
• Also related to ticket text disappears if @xml:lang in children of div[@type="edition"] #44 -- EFES is confused by different languages (see also ticket Indexes - Indexes in grc to inscriptions in en #51)
• EFES Wiki needs updated/more thorough docs on indices spec
