capture the current time zone

Suggestion for KAPE: It would be great if it captured the current time zone of the system it's running on. That would help since the ConsoleLog.txt file records timestamps in local time. The 3rd line in that log is the following. This would be a great spot to log the TZ too:
[2023-07-18 00:01:10.7400362 | INF] System info: Machine name: DESKTOP-P4F8UGR, 64-bit: true, User: Mike OS: "Windows10" (10.0.19044)
