Combining host sensor effort into osquery project?

This is a neat sensor agent project! The features do not overlap entirely but the philosophy is the same as https://github.com/facebook/osquery

It would be great to chat and see if we can deduplicate some of the ongoing effort.

There are several projects out there are addressing the same needs for collecting telemetries data. There are several intersections on the tools used for collecting data and presenting to the DC operators to get more insights of the deployments. Each approach is slightly different but there is definitely positive outcome if can converge these projects. We share our project in the OCP (Open Compute Project) community, we feel that would be a good starting point to collaborate. Your thoughts?
