Mongodb connections not released properly #248

Hi,

I'm having a big issue with the mongo-adapter. It's not releasing connections and eventually the mongod is running out of connections and crashes. Is this something anyone else solved, or is it my setup that's broken?

which version of boss_db and mongo driver you are using ?

I'm running commit d11e3b9f78a4a2e046263fff8bb32ae3f50bd741 of ChicagoBoss
and 7dfa040b6a23c46f7e41a9ba21a6d46e9c29e750 of boss_db

I tried to update this last week, but the problem persists according to the logs. Connection are never terminated.
