can not play rtmp HVEC stream #99

I made a test for my server it support output RTMP ts extension
i have this stream
https://cloud.maxtvs.net:443/play/MMchCdarUqfFGjhbfDqlltEyvcN14Zue2aj_RTua_6vdpmBnJnajcTo4X8im_TWu/ts

when load on the test page form chrome console says load sucess but can not play the stream.

can this issue be solved ?
