Given that

this fantastic¹ repo hasn't had any update in 2+ years, and
there is a fork that is being actively maintained at the time of writing, with more features (but with a fraction of the gh stars)

..I just wanted to link that active fork here, for discoverability: https://github.com/eltos/PasteIntoFile

Although there seems no mention of the older https://pasteasfile.org, which seems to have inspired this tool (source). ↩
