Adding a 99th point via Add button doesn't work

• Build a web map with 99 points in it
• Share into Map Tour template
• Click Organize
• Check the option to make the first photo the introduction. Now there are 98 points on the map.
• Click the Add button. You get a message saying that you've reached the limit of the number of points, but there are still only 98 points.
• Importing from Flickr, Facebook, etc. to add the 99th point works, but not through the Add dialog.
