Switching from landscape mode to portrait mode or vice-versa will cause slides to be partially viewed when swiping

When I use Chrome Dev Tools and test swiping from one slide to another on a mobile device, it will work fine even if I switch between landscape and portrait mode. However, on an actual Android device, switching from landscape and portrait mode messes up swiping, causing slides to be partially displayed or not at all. Essentially, the page has to be refreshed every time I switch from portrait or landscape mode or vice-versa.
