First of all, thank you much for sharing, developing and maintaining this amazing tool for such a long time!
I am here however with a not so unfamiliar issue, that is I am unable to run/ load the TQVaultAE_4.4.0 (both version), even for the first time.
I have done a fresh steam install (made a test character and played for some time, without any mods) and tried to fix the issues by reading and following some of the listed issues like #466,#467, #470, #474 etc. and the #F.A.Q.
Here are some further details:
1> I have rechecked the game file integrity via steam.
5> Also deleted %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\titanquest.net_community to be safe and re-ran all of the above, yet the program did not launch. It cites the same error.
6> Lastly, deleted the UserConfig.xml to prompt the prompt to select TQ folder (“A popup appear that let you choose the path of your Titan Quest installation”). Somehow, it doesn't happen either and the error screen is same as the first screenshot.
Any help to fix or to solve the issue, will be very much appreciated!
Thank you.
Sincerely,
-SD.

2> Install path: C:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Titan Quest Anniversary Edition
3> Used both the .zip and the .exe setups and in each cases TQVault V4.3.0 quits citing a System.IO.FileLoadException.

4> Extracted installer in a fresh location and made the following changes:
<AutoDetectGamePath>1 to 0
C:\Users<....>\Documents\My Games\Titan Quest - Immortal Throne

C:\Users<....>\Documents\My Games\Titan Quest
