Suffix "of expertise" is not available when editing.

I have a ring with the "of expertise" suffix, with a +55 base Defensive Ability.
However, this suffix doesn't appear in the list of available suffixes if I try to edit this item, or any other ring for that matter, only the Ability Defensive "of endowment" and "of prowess" are available.
