Keep running in the background

I love Tabby but it takes a while to startup. I try to keep it open but I often forget and close the application instead of the tab.
It would be great if there was an option to keep it running in the background.
I searched the settings but could not find that option.

For example, Chrome and Sysinternals Process Explorer have an option for that. When you close the application it actually hides the windows and stays alive in the background. Running the application again just activates the existing instance which is much faster.
