Performance Enhancement?

Hi, I recently got Tabby and I've noticed that the startup time is really slow. I'm not very familiar with TypeScript and don't fully understand this codebase, but I have one very simple question about a feature that probably already is implemented, but I just want to ask and if it's not, it would be a great idea.

• Does Tabby initialize things in the background? If not, would it be possible to display the UI as soon as possible, load only the required things, and then continue loading the rest in the background, without showing the splash screen? It's not good having to stare at the splash screen for 3 seconds every time I open Tabby...
