external connection

I installed the bot on my pc with arch based distro

I set the following variables:
WEB_SERVER_BIND_ADDRESS:172.24.0.2
FQDN:172.24.0.2
Port: 8080

unfortunately the generated links have this address:

http://0.0.0.0:8080/23/namefile.mp4?hash=e4ernb4

if I replace available 0.0.0.0 with 172.24.0.2 the fine file selected obviously in the local network

How can I provide an external address for the bot user?
