When freezone servers gets timeouts or goes offline, the controller goes infinite loop.
maybe disable plugin on this situation, and remove the 5 sec attempt to reconnect.

  • disable sending of public chat messages for freezone errors
  • try to see if we can recover from this somewhat better way

blocking issue was unloading plugins at runtime. which is already fixed.
