refactor memoized-keychain to support multi-seed

## Motivation

we broke/abandoned the original implementation when we refactored to support multiple seeds #50, but this is still very useful in mobile, where CPU cycles are precious

## Proposal

add support for memoized-keychain in the new multi-seed world
