Some ideas for the visualisation of the brain age predictions and harmonization results:

Brain Age predictions:

• Chronological age vs brain age prediction per dataset (value in the plot on y-axis is predicted age)
  

• Chronological age vs brain age gaps (prediction - chronological) per dataset (value in the plot on y-axis is brain age gap)
  

Harmonisation results:

• Boxplot of features per dataset before and after harmonisation
  .

• Chronological age vs features per dataset before and after harmonisation (structural volumes in example)
  

• Boxplot of brain age gaps (prediction - chronological) per dataset before and after harmonisation
