Describe the bug
Mouse events fully ignored inside completion popup. For example scrolling by mouse wheel not works, hovering not works

To Reproduce

Download example-project.zip
Run class 'Application'
Open view -> press 'Open Dialog'
Press CTRL + Space
Now you see java completion items
Try to scroll them by mouse - popup will be force closed

Expected behavior
Scroll completion variants by mouse, scrolling by UP/Down works as expected

Desktop:

OS: Windows 10
Browser: Chrome,Firefox
Version: 120,121
