I have absolutely no clue if this actually works (or if its efficient) on QAI because i cant test this properly, please check.

when someone tries to talk to qai in PM it should reply something along the lines of:
This is an official bot run by Forged Alliance Forever. Replies to this bot are not monitored. If you need to talk to a moderator, find someone with their name in white at the top of the player list. If there are none online at this time then ask someone in chat to help you.should have a cooldown of some time per user so they dont get spammed.
should ignore anything with an ! at the start of it since thats a command of some sort.
