Review Facebook Page events API

Added new get method at path api/v0/facebook/events. The code is intentionally in a separate branch called at-fb.

Please review and suggest enhancements.

1. We'll have to have a page on FB. We have a group now.
2. We'll have to data persistence in our DB for these events
3. We'll have to limit the query to bring back only future 2 weeks events

I created the Facebook page. Let me know if you want me to add you as an admin, too @artarmstrong . Should we start publishing our events there from now on?

@amgranad No need to be admin to run the query on page events, as long as the page is public.
