Upgrade Next.js

Currently our front end project is using Next.js v12.0.1. In order to ensure we are taking advantage of the latest Next.js performance updates and bug fixes, we'd like to upgrade it to the latest available 12 version.

Tasks

• Upgrade Next,js to the latest 12 version
• Do some general testing to ensure everything is still working as expected
