Implement Autonomous Mode: Drive off the line

See issue #75 which is to define a command to drive a certain distance in auto.

Now bind that command to one of our 12 autonomous modes and give it a distance that would be sufficient to drive off the line in auto.

Test using Auto or Practice mode on the Driver Station. Please be careful.
