Describe the bug

Server fails to start up when updated from 1.7.0 to 1.8.0. Log file has full crash report. I use a server host so I'm not certain why the crash happens or what the nature of it is, but my hosting service couldn't get it sorted out.

Steps to reproduce

1. Update pack
2. Start server

Expected behaviour

Server initializes correctly

Additional information

I can provide a copy of my server files if necessary to figure out what is causing the issue. Sorry if this is too vague, I just don't know how else to figure this out.

If you can provide a copy of the server, that would be great as this would let me compare it to a working version and see if anything did not get update correctly

A few things you can try before uploading a copy of your server would be:

1. Check if the issue still happens if you tell the server to make a temporary new world.
2. If your host provides an option, try to validate/install the update again
