Missing `fabric-renderer-*`

I noticed what fabric-renderer-* is in the github repository, but when I add Fabric API as a dependency, fabric-renderer-* doesn't load. That is, there is no in Intellij IDEA.

Is this an API issue or did I do something wrong?

By fabric-renderer-* I mean: fabric-renderer-api-v1 and fabric-renderer-indigo.

Still in progress. Our main rendering maintainer is a little bit burnt out, we're taking progress slowly.

Progress is good for today. I am rewriting a lot of Indigo and moving a lot of it to FRAPI as well to decrease the maintenance burden for us and Sodium.
