What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download itransmission (success)
2. Copy a magnet file into the download area (success)
3. Download commences (failure)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should download, instead, it just doesn't. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
iTransmission 4 on iOS 7 on an iPhone 5c

Please provide any additional information below.
Please tell me what port numbers I have to provide.
