Apps stop working, no secure connection to the internet.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Dont install from cydia, download install.
2.Open. Close. Remove to re-download from cydia.
3.Open any app that uses a secure connection (Chrome and snapchat are the one 
affected on my ipod.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Being unable to use applications, they cant make a secure connection.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest. Since removed.

Please provide any additional information below.
I cant find a fix or any information.
