deleting but nothing happens

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download torrent
2. Once done, Tap the file for its info
3. Bottom right corner press the trash can icon
4. Then press "Yes and remove all data" or "yes but keep data" either one 
renders same result 
5. Then nothing. I expected it to be removed from itransmission but it was not

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No. No changes.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
iTransmission 4.6
iPad Air 32gb IOS 8.0.2 



Please provide any additional information below.
I made sure all files were deleted from movie players too.
spotlight is unable to locate files
I tried deleting with the date trick on and off
