Download location selection PLEASE

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In settings add a tab which allows you to select where torrents download to

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
As it is I can't find a way of playing the torrents. All video players either 
want to stream or only look in specific places for content

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest with iOS 8.1

Please provide any additional information below.
I hear that you are busy with College but this would be a great and hopefully 
easy addition which would make the project much more powerful
