Adds AH64 DTC feature

  • Adds a new Menu Item "DTC" to DCS/Aircraft/AH64
  • Allows entry of radio preset data
    • Unit ID and C/S
    • Frequencies for all radios
    • Primary Radio Assignment
    • Datalink Members
    • Modem Configuration (Protocol and Retries only)
  • Ownship DL info (C/S & ID)
  • IFF / Transponder Settings
    • Set all mode codes
    • Set antenna selection
    • Set IFF reply announciation
  • Set ASE profiles
    • Set autopage setting
    • Set chaff program (BC, BI, SC, SI)
  • Allows entry of weapon data
    • Laser code PRFs
    • LRST/LST code (only both at once unfortunately, since I can't determine which is currently selected)
    • Missile Channel laser code assignments
    • Gun burst count
    • Rocket salvo count
    • Manual Range
  • Save and Load data to and from files for your favorite multiplayer server/mission that the mission maker didn't bother setting your settings to.
