Describe the bug
Telling Windows not to extend to a 3rd display makes FancyWM prevent moving any tiled windows to 2nd display

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Have three displays plugged in & usable, and FancyWM's "Enable tiling on all connected displays" feature enabled.
  2. Leave the third display's HDMI or DP cable physically plugged in, but in Windows Settings > System > Display > 3rd display, instead of extending to this display, select the drop-down option to not display anything.
  3. Reboot PC
  4. Start FancyWM
  5. Observe FancyWM tiling works normally on primary display, but no windows can be moved to the second display, whether by keyboard shortcuts, mouse drag & drop, whatever. Have to float windows to be able to move them to second display, and trying to tile them again puts them back on primary display.
  6. Completely quit FancyWM from the tray icon.
  7. Physically unplug the cable between the PC and the third display, and observe the 3rd display no longer appears in Windows Settings > System, > Display
  8. Start FancyWM.
  9. Observe FancyWM tiling works great on both displays.

Expected behavior
Expected usability of FancyWM's tiling on additional displays to be controlled only by its own toggleable option in its own settings, not by whether or not all the displays physically connected are being displayed onto.
