Create integration test running Archive hashing without LiveDB transfer #813
As discovered by #769, the Archive hashing may diverge from LiveDB hashing. Right now, these effects are hidden, because in every test setup, hashes are computed on LiveDB instances and transferred to the Archive.
We should consider creating an integration test that performs the Archive initialisation from a Genesis file without a LiveDB to verify that hashes in the Archive are computed correctly even in stand-alone setup.
