When creating parameters for StepN calls in the CT, the code hash cache is always left undefined. This causes LFVM's code cache to not be utilized in any of these tests.

It should be evaluated whether:

  • the utilization of the code cache is desired
  • how this could be triggered by the CT by filling in this parameter
