Can't npm install

Something changed on npmjs where some of the sub-dependencies of rollup no longer exist, and so I can't npm install. I tried upgrading rollup, and then svelte and then other packages, but I couldn't figure it out and gave up. I'm not even sure what version of nodejs is expected here, but none of them from 14 to 18 worked.
