At least for me, .p-customize_emoji_wrapper needs to be changed to .p-customize_emoji_wrapper__container https://github.com/Fauntleroy/neutral-face-emoji-tools/blob/master/src/content.js#L5

Tried to open a PR for this but got 403'd. Also I had issues running the build locally
