As a product design and UXR team, we need to conduct usability testing on the hi-fi exemption request submission flow so we will create high-fidelity Figma prototypes to guide users through this process, ensuring a seamless experience.

📋 Tasks:

  • Create a hi-fi Figma prototype for the Jermey persona flow.
  • Conduct usability testing with internal UXR team members and gather feedback.
  • Implement feedback and make necessary design/prototype changes.
  • Present the final prototype to the product owner and gain approval.

🤨 Assumptions:

  • All stakeholders are available for review and feedback throughout the sprint.
  • The design team has access to all the necessary design resources, including fonts, colors, images, and icons.
  • The product owner has already defined the requirements for the exemption request submission flow.

🐣 Dependencies:

  • Hi-Fi Mockups - Global #17: This is a dependency because it sets the standards for high-fidelity prototypes across the project.
  • Hi-Fi Mocks - Jeremy #90: This dependency ensures we meet the Jeremy persona's specific needs and preferences for a seamless user experience.

💅 Definition of Done:

  • A high-fidelity Figma prototype has been developed for the exemption request submission flow.
  • The prototype has been usability tested and approved by the UXR team.
  • Necessary design changes have been implemented based on feedback from the UXR team.
  • The product owner has approved the hi-fi prototype.
  • The final prototype has been presented to and approved by the product owner.
