The quest gives you scroll and turns you into a very small rat. Combined with Noggenfogger this massively reduces your hitbox in both arena and dungeons. You can still use ALL spells.

Desired behaviour: Scroll not usable except in the quest area, form change disappearing when leaving the quest area.
