encapsulate can target totems and if that happns it doesnt do any damage at all, so if u have like 6 shamans in the raid that means there will be 24 totems which is almost like another raid, so you only have 50% chance to be affeted by the hardest part of phase 1 .

Also druids can just reshift while encapsulated so it will end.
