When my friend restarted the lobby so other can join we noticed that his spider and my baboon hawk were gone. We caught them and when we loaded back in we only had empty pokeballs.

Thanks for the bug report. I've heard this issue so many times but I never successfully reproduced it. Can you send me your modpack so I can investigate?
