Changes (v1.1.0 highlights) ⚠️

• Breaking: Rail settlement required before dataset deletion (fix(fwss)!: require rail settlement before dataset deletion #377)
  • dataSetDeleted() now blocked until settledUpTo >= endEpoch
  • Prevents SPs from deleting datasets before clients can settle
  • Added RailNotFullySettled error
• Breaking: Removed redundant PDP config getters from view contract (fix!: remove redundant PDP config getters from view contract #372)
  • Removed: challengeWindow(), getChallengesPerProof(), getMaxProvingPeriod()
  • Use getPDPConfig() instead (per IPDPProvingSchedule interface)

Breaking: Removed redundant PDP config getters from view contract (#372)

Need to also setViewContract. Use service_contracts/tools/deploy-warm-storage-view.sh and service_contracts/tools/set-warm-storage-view.sh.

I have reviewed the new implementations. I have verified the public immutable contract addresses returned by the new FWSS implementation; they look correct. I have checked the storage layout; it seems unchanged.
