Build an accessible, themeable Data Table component in the shared design system.

Background & Problem

Tables render history, leaderboards, and admin lists with sorting/pagination. A consistent, tested component library speeds feature work and keeps UX coherent across the app.

Acceptance Criteria

• Sortable + paginated.
• Empty/loading/error states.
• Storybook story + visual snapshot added.
• Keyboard + screen-reader accessible.
