[BUG] postgres DB keeps showing update when none available

Description

Multiple containers using postgres database 18.3. This is the most recent version as of about a month ago, however every time Dockand checks for updates it says there's an update available. If I update them it pulls 18.3 and shows updated until the next day, where it shows as needing an update again.

Steps to reproduce

Wait for auto update check.

Logs

No logs showing errors, if something specifically log related would help let me know.

Could be two things, there were a string of updates lately so would've appeared as though it hadn't updated.
Dockhand may not have picked it up until a full browser refresh with Ctrl+Shift+R or Cmd+Shift+R.
I saw the same behaviour with v17.
