[BUG] SMTP password handling issue

Description

My Dockhand was causing lockouts from access to mailbox due to failed auths.
It couldn't authenticate with password I provided:
JQ!Bwz615N-7ol.P^BQF0Z36y<3RzK

After changing password to long text but without any special characters it started to working properly, so must be special-chars handling issue while saving or retrieving pass.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to mailbox
2. Set password to one htat has special chars like JQ!Bwz615N-7ol.P^BQF0Z36y<3RzK
3. Try to set this password in dockhand and "Test" - will fail due to inproper auth

I've tested my account data when I was setting up dockhand few versions ago and it was properly configured (test mail received).
Also the configuration seem to lost SSL/TLS feature as it was turned off when I started debugging.
