Reburn station location into map tiles on a schedule

In order to get keep the baselayers up-to-date w/ station information, we need to re-burn station tiles on a schedule. Unfortunately, this process takes quite a bit of time to complete, so doing this on a schedule would probably be preferable vs semi real-time.
