Workflow:

• Project lead creates project on FirstToDisclose between 4/8 and 4/10
• Project lead emails @dazzaji with team member email addresses before 4/11
• Reviewer schedules 15m review for 4/12 via Hangouts with all team members
• Reviewer updates the project with a link to the Hangout with the time of the review
