Problem Description

Specs and changes are text-heavy. Stakeholders (especially non-technical ones) struggle to visualize relationships between features or understand the semantic impact of a change just by reading Markdown diffs.

Proposed Solution

1. Graphical Dependency Maps: Visualize how specs relate to features, tasks, and each other.
2. Spec Diff Viewer: A rich diff UI showing changes in meaning (e.g., "Requirement X modified", "Scenario Y added") rather than just line diffs.
3. Decision History: Track spec revisions with clear rationale checkpoints.
