meet some error when using flagscale pull docker image

my step to using flagscale

cd FlagScale/
pip install  .
flagscale pull --image flagrelease-registry.cn-beijing.cr.aliyuncs.com/flagrelease/flagrelease:deepseek-flagos-nvidia

and I got this error msg (both in main branch and v0.6.5 tag)

Some of the package versions in your environment are too low, such as setuptools. I am pulling a request to set the install requirements. After PR merged, u can pull the code again to install. @kiddyjinjin
