Icon Packs not rendered in active line while using Edit/Live Preview Mode: #481

The preinstalled Icon Pack Emojis when enabling Iconize are rendered correctly while the cursor is in the same line.
But none of the other packs works.
If i move a line up or down other packs are rendered too.

Is this a known and maybe unavoidable issue? I couldnt find any information about this in the documentation.

If this is a known issue:

  • Feature request: A Setting to Toggle: Display search results for active line rendered Icons/ Emojis in above all else

Tested in:

  • Help Vault with no other plugins or css enabled
  • Deleted every other Icon Pack
  • Restarted Vault multiple times

I can't get emojis from downloaded packs to appear in the suggestions when typing :
I know they are there since they appeared on two occasions, but don't know under what circumstances. Tried moving up a line like @BananenRitter suggested but that doesn't seem to work either.

Seems like a bug, hope it's not intended behaviour.

Same here. The drop off has not been consistent across my three devices. My PC suddenly stopped working with Live Preview around the time of the first post in this thread. My Mac stopped last week when I added a new icon pack. My Android phone is still working correctly.

I do get the fuzzy search, that still works. And if the icons are inside something that forces a render, like a table, they still work. But for some reason when they are exposed text they do not get replaced.
